Selling online shouldn’t mean coordinating everything yourself.
A customer says they want to buy. Now you have to figure out:
- Where exactly they are
- How much delivery will cost
- How they’re going to pay
- Which rider is available
- How to connect the rider and customer
- Where the order is once it’s on the way
Then the customer calls you for an update.
You call the rider.
Then you go back to the customer.
And suddenly you’re spending your time coordinating deliveries instead of selling.
If you’re using cash on delivery, there’s another problem: you’re trusting the person carrying the order with both your product and your money.
PickSend turns all of that into one flow.
Closing a sale is now two moves.
Move 01
Ask for their PickSpot
When someone wants to buy, ask: “What’s your PickSpot?”
Think of a PickSpot like an email address for parcels. Instead of asking for their location, pin, landmark and delivery instructions, your customer sends you their PickSpot.
Asking for it does something else too — your customer instantly knows this is a real process, not a risky DM.
Move 02
Send the order
Tap the PickSpot they shared and it opens in PickSend. Add what they’re buying and the price. Send the order.
That’s your part done.
What happens next?
It arrives on their PickSpot, showing:
They pay in PickSpot with M-Pesa, secured by Paystack.
You know the order is paid before it leaves you.
PickSend arranges pickup from you and delivery to your customer, using vetted riders and delivery partners.
Your customer tracks it in PickSpot. You follow it in PickSend.
No more being the middleman when the customer calls for an update.
The customer confirms they received the order. Your payout is released.
Stop choosing between “pay first” and cash on delivery.
You want to know you’ll get paid before sending. Your customer wants to know they’ll actually receive what they paid for.
Cash on delivery tries to solve that — but now your product and the customer’s money are both moving around with the rider.
PickSend works differently.
- Your customer pays before the order goes out.
- We handle the delivery.
- Your payout is released after the customer confirms they received the order.
Your product moves. Your money doesn’t travel with it.
And your customer isn’t asked to trust you on faith — they see everything before they pay, and confirm when it arrives.
Your riders can still be your riders.
Already have riders you know and trust? Great. But your ability to make a sale shouldn’t depend on whether your usual rider is free. If they’re already out, you shouldn’t have to stop taking orders or start calling around.
With PickSend, you can keep selling while we handle the delivery.
Selling more shouldn’t mean doing more.
Most sellers hit the same ceiling — not because demand runs out, but because coordination does. Ten orders in a day means ten location conversations, ten delivery prices, ten payment follow-ups and ten riders to chase.
With PickSend, ten orders is the same two moves — ten times.
No hiring
You don’t need a dispatcher or a delivery team to take more orders.
No fleet
You don’t need riders sitting idle between orders, waiting to be useful.
No ceiling
Your usual rider being busy doesn’t stop you taking the next order.
No fixed costs
There’s no monthly fee, so your costs only grow when your sales do.
Take one order or a hundred. Your part doesn’t change.
Make buying from you feel effortless.
Buying from a stranger online usually means sending money and hoping. Waiting without knowing. Calling to ask where the order is. Buying from you feels different.
- They send one PickSpot — no address, no pin, no explaining where they live.
- They see the item, the delivery cost and the exact amount before paying.
- Their full address is only shared with the rider, during delivery.
- They follow the delivery in PickSpot, without calling you.
- They confirm when it arrives.
Next time
They already have a PickSpot. They already know it works.
Ordering again takes one message. That’s how a single sale turns into a customer who keeps coming back.
One place for everything after the sale.
Customer location
Ask for their PickSpot. No more long directions, landmarks or repeated location sharing.
Delivery price
Calculated for the order. Your customer sees what delivery costs before they pay.
Payment
Confirmed before the parcel goes out.
Pickup and delivery
Arranged through PickSend.
Tracking
You and your customer can follow the order without constantly calling each other.
Delivery confirmation
Your customer confirms when the order arrives.
Payout
Once the order is successfully completed, your payout is released.

The basics
What is PickSend?
PickSend is for sellers. It’s where you create orders, see payment status, follow deliveries and receive payouts.
Your customer never needs it — they use their PickSpot on their side.
What is a PickSpot?
A PickSpot is your customer’s delivery identity — think of it like an email address for parcels.
Instead of sending you their address, pin, landmark and delivery instructions every time they buy, they send you one PickSpot. You paste it into PickSend and the destination is already set.
Do I need a website?
No.
PickSend is built for people already selling through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and DMs. You keep selling exactly where you sell now.
Does my customer need to sign up for PickSend?
No.
PickSend is the seller’s side. Your customer receives the order, pays and tracks it through PickSpot.
Orders & delivery
When is the rider actually sent?
Only after your customer has accepted the order and their payment is confirmed.
Nothing is collected from you until the money is in. No payment, no dispatch.
Do I need to find my own rider?
No.
PickSend arranges pickup from you and delivery to your customer. You don’t call around, compare prices or chase anyone.
Can I still use riders I already know?
Yes — PickSend doesn’t replace them.
Use your own riders whenever they’re free, and use PickSend for the orders they can’t take. Your sales never have to wait on rider availability.
What happens if I get a lot of orders at once?
You create each order the same way, and PickSend arranges each delivery.
A busy day doesn’t mean hiring anyone or finding extra riders — your part of the work stays the same.
Can my customer track the order?
Yes.
Your customer follows the delivery in PickSpot while you follow it in PickSend — so neither of you has to call the other for updates.
What if the delivery can’t be completed?
If an order has already been collected and can’t be delivered, it’s returned to you.
A returned-order fee of KES 120 applies in that case. It’s the only charge that isn’t tied to a completed sale.
Money
What does PickSend cost?
There’s no setup fee and no monthly subscription. You pay one flat fee per successful order, based on the order value:
KES 1–1,500 → KES 50 · KES 1,501–20,000 → KES 70 · KES 20,001–150,000 → KES 90.
It’s a flat fee, never a percentage — so the bigger the sale, the smaller the cut.
Does my customer pay for delivery?
Yes.
The delivery price is calculated for the order and shown to your customer before they pay, so it never comes out of your payout.
What if my customer doesn’t want to pay before delivery?
Most hesitation about paying first comes from not knowing what you’re paying into. PickSpot removes that.
Before paying, your customer sees the item, the price, the delivery cost and exactly where it’s going. They pay securely with M-Pesa through Paystack, follow the delivery, and confirm when it arrives.
That’s usually a far easier conversation than asking a stranger to trust you with cash on delivery.
What if my customer never pays?
Then nothing moves and nothing is charged.
The order simply isn’t dispatched, so your product stays with you and you’re not out any money.
When do I get paid?
Your payout is released after the customer receives and confirms the order.
Processing can take up to one hour.
