Customer pays
They review your order request in PickSpot and pay with M-Pesa — KES 2,500 + delivery, secured by Paystack. The money is confirmed before anything moves.
Only now does the rider move
No payment, no dispatch. Once the money is confirmed, dispatch unlocks and an Uber Direct rider is on the way to collect — from you or your partner shop.
Customer confirms the order
They check the order and confirm receipt with their code — so an order is never “delivered” until your customer says it is.

What is PickSend?
PickSend is the seller workspace powered by PickSpot.
You use PickSend to create and manage orders. Your customer uses PickSpot to review the order, pay, track delivery and confirm when it arrives.
What is a PickSpot?
A PickSpot is the customer’s reusable delivery identity.
Instead of sending their physical address, location pin and delivery instructions, the customer simply sends their PickSpot.
How do customers pay?
Customers pay through PickSpot at checkout, with M-Pesa and cards, processed securely by Paystack.
How does selling without stock work?
Partner with a local shop that has products. Agree on what the shop receives, promote at your own price, and when a customer buys, we collect from the shop and deliver to your customer.
You receive the payout after delivery and settle with the shop according to your agreement. PickSend doesn’t provide the products, shops or customers — you bring those; we handle everything after the sale.
How do shops work with resellers?
Shops can complete orders from their own customers, or partner with resellers who promote their products on social media.
You agree with the reseller on what you receive. PickSend handles the order, payment confirmation, rider dispatch, tracking and delivery confirmation.
I run a rent-a-shelf space. Does PickSend work for me?
Yes. Each merchant on your shelves gets their own PickSend account, orders and payouts, with your location as their shared pickup point.

When is the rider sent?
Only after the customer reviews the order and payment is confirmed.
When do I receive my payout?
Your payout is released immediately after the customer confirms that the order was delivered and accepted. Processing may take up to 1 hour.
What happens when delivery fails?
We coordinate the return of the collected parcel. The returned-delivery fee applies when the parcel must be taken back.
Do I need a website?
No.
