Customers can inspect the item before giving the delivery OTP, and should only give OTP after confirming the item is correct. Once OTP is given, the order is treated as delivered.
Why is OTP important?
OTP protects both the merchant and the customer.
For delivery, OTP confirms that the customer accepted the item. For returns, OTP confirms that the item was handed back to the merchant. This prevents false delivery or false return claims.
